I have to say that posting my blog yesterday was huge for me because it was terrifying and y'all had such sweet things to say and share your own stories that it definitely ended up being a positive thing for me. SO thank you, thank you!!
So on to today's post, Training Tuesday {sidenote: my husband thinks my posts should start with the same letter everyday...i.e what's tomorrow where's waldo wednesday?!}
I've mentioned multiple times that my pure barre membership runs out in like a week and a half so I need to figure out my game plan for September and the Fall/Winter so I'm gonna put my game plan each month on here and you guys help hold me accountable and let me know what you're doing too!
1st Week Schedule-
Monday
5x5 Back Squat- Just the Bar {45lbs}
5x5 Bent Over Rows {8lbs}
5x5 Dumbbell Push Press {8lbs}
Couch to 5k app- {1st week}
Tuesday:
Hot Yoga Class
Intense Body Blast DVD 37 minutes {I haven't tried this yet, so next week I'll post what it's all about and if I like it.}
Wednesday:
5x6 Weighted Lunges {8lbs}
5x5 Back Squat {45lbs}
5x5 Push Ups
Couch to 5k app
Thursday:
Hot Yoga Class
Barre @ Home Youtube Video
Friday:
Couch to 5k app
Hot Yoga Class
My goal is to do an active recovery day on the weekend with the hubby in September but stay tuned. This starts next week and I'll be posting any changes to it and results on here every Tuesday. Keep me accountable. Tell me what worked for you. Advice is always welcomed!

DeleteYou have so much going on, which should help you not get bored. I have too much else on my plate right now so I'm not lifting at all, but I really miss it! Good luck getting through C25k! I started running with that nearly 4.5 years ago and fully credit it with my becoming a runner. Thanks for linking up! :)
